medium to large (multi-million to multi-billion dollar)
organizations, manage a senior-executive team, and are responsible
for a sizable workforce.

executive of a company that is an Official Supplier of the Chief
Executives Club may, with the boardís approval, participate.
3. Retired executives,
venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs who have previously held the
position of chief executive of a medium or large firm and whose
participation in the Clubís roundtable discussions will be valued by
the Clubís members.
The club is limited to
chief executives because the buck-stops-here leadership issues
discussed in our roundtables are unique to chief executives and
different from the issues faced by COOs, CFOs, CIOs, etc.
It is our intent to
increase the value of each memberís participation in our meetings by
bringing together only those who have the experience required to
actively participate and contribute to our peer roundtable
offer and exchange ideas on the topics of interest to the chief
executive members of the club, and learn from one another.
Members may select a qualified alternate to attend meetings in their place when they are unable to participate.
A qualified alternate reports directly to the member, is part of the memberís executive team, and has the functional responsibility of a
C-level executive in the memberís company.
