Membership QualificationsMembership is restricted to chief executives who lead medium to large (multi-million to multi-billion dollar) organizations, manage a senior-executive team, and are responsible for a sizable workforce. Exceptions 1. The senior executive in a large corporation who is acting as the president of their company's regional entity is deemed qualified to participate. 2. The senior executive of a company that is an Official Supplier of the Chief Executives Club may, with the board’s approval, participate. 3. Retired executives, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs who have previously held the position of chief executive of a medium or large firm and whose participation in the Club’s roundtable discussions will be valued by the Club’s members. Purpose of Exclusivity The club is limited to chief executives because the buck-stops-here leadership issues discussed in our roundtables are unique to chief executives and different from the issues faced by COOs, CFOs, CIOs, etc. It is our intent to increase the value of each member’s participation in our meetings by bringing together only those who have the experience required to actively participate and contribute to our peer roundtable discussions, offer and exchange ideas on the topics of interest to the chief executive members of the club, and learn from one another. Designated Alternate Members may select a qualified alternate to attend meetings in their place when they are unable to participate.
